Sales Executive

We're looking for a highly enthusiastic Sales Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and closing deals. If you're proactive, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic environmentthis role is for you.

What you'll do:

You'll manage the end-to-end sales process while acting as a trusted partner for clients.

• Handle full-cycle sales activities, from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage and grow Realco's Sports Center channel
• Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales / Account Executive
• Hands-on experience managing Sports Center accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, resilient, and target-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
