Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an Outsourcing Company
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, and project-based engagements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
