We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for expanding market reach and driving sales of Door products (engineered/industrial doors) across project and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand customer networks (developers, contractors, building material stores, etc.)
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities (residential, commercial, industrial)
- Deliver product presentations and provide tailored solutions to customers
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Monitor order processes from placement to delivery, including after-sales service
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Building materials, Interior / furniture, Project sales (B2B)
- Strong network within construction/developer industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly target-driven with strong initiative
- Willing to travel for business purposes
