Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Tangerang (Bintaro) for a Sales Executive specializing in Payroll Outsourcing. The Sales Executive will actively identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present tailored Payroll Outsoucing to meet client needs. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, managing the sales process, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solution implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in payroll outsourcing, HR services, or B2B solutions;
• Proficiency in understanding and presenting Payroll Outsourcing;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and outsourcing services;
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a high-paced environment;
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or relevant field;
• Experience or knowledge within HR technology and business solutions is a valuable benefit;
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
