As a Business Consultant specializing in revenue-focused implementations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by strategically introducing and implementing ESB products to clients. Your primary objective will be to achieve revenue targets through successful product adoption and optimization, while building trust through honest communication, understanding client needs with empathy, and adapting solutions with agility.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Find potential customers who could benefit from ESB products through business events, cold calling, canvassing, or company-generated leads, while maintaining honest and professional communication throughout the sales process.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and pain points with empathy, and proposing ESB solutions that address their challenges.
- Surpass revenue targets by effectively positioning and selling ESB products, clearly communicating their value and business impact to clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration while adapting quickly to challenges and changes and meeting project timelines.
- Provide strategic consulting services by offering relevant insights and recommendations aligned with client goals and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.
What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in an FnB/Tech sales company or related fields.
- Diploma Degree, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to understand and respond to client needs with empathy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust through clear and transparent communication.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with an agile and adaptable approach.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team, with openness to collaboration and different perspectives.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
