About Us

Logisly is a B2B logistics digital platform that connects shippers with thousands of trucks from thousands of verified corporate carriers under our network. We aim to reshape the future and ease the high cost of logistics in Indonesia, by increasing utilization of trucks and providing more certainty in managing supply chains through a wide network of reliable transport, order transparency, and automation.

Currently, we have partnered with more than 2000 trucking companies (with around 70000 fleets) and around 650 shippers from various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, chemicals, constructions, e-commerce, and many more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with registration (forms, PKS, etc.) & continuously maintain data quality
  • Assist Managers with quotations
  • Assist with order admins (order creation, register drivers, print surat jalan, etc.)
  • Assist with end-to-end sales
  • Channel new leads to Sales Managers

What you will need in this role

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from top reputable local or overseas universities with a minimum GPA 3.00
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Suites skills
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
