Job Description

Kija Travel is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedSales and Administration Executiveto support our new Liveaboards division. This role focuses on managing enquiries, handling bookings, and supporting the sales and marketing operations for a growing portfolio of liveaboard partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and respond promptly with accurate information
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations for liveaboard trips
  • Coordinate with suppliers, boat operators, and internal teams
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client documentation
  • Maintain booking systems and ensure all records are up to date
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in travel reservations, ideally with liveaboards or similar products
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (this is essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines efficiently
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Based in Bali (or willing to relocate)
