Kija Travel is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedSales and Administration Executiveto support our new Liveaboards division. This role focuses on managing enquiries, handling bookings, and supporting the sales and marketing operations for a growing portfolio of liveaboard partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries and respond promptly with accurate information
- Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations for liveaboard trips
- Coordinate with suppliers, boat operators, and internal teams
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client documentation
- Maintain booking systems and ensure all records are up to date
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel reservations, ideally with liveaboards or similar products
- Exceptional written and spoken English (this is essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines efficiently
- Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
- Based in Bali (or willing to relocate)
