About the Role

FLO is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Bali team, driving new business and nurturing relationships with retailers, distributors, and HORECA partners across the region for these brands: Beaumont, Madamsun, SHOTT, Flo, The Cold Crafters.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Bali's retail, distribution, and HORECA channels

•Deliver product presentations and samplings to prospective clients

•Negotiate terms and close deals within company guidelines

•Maintain and grow relationships with existing local accounts to drive repeat business

•Keep CRM records and sales pipeline accurate and up to date

•Coordinate with the Sales Manager on account planning and target-setting

•Monitor stock availability and coordinate with operations for timely order fulfillment

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

•Gather on-the-ground market feedback and competitor insights to share with the Sales Manager

•Represent Beaumont, Madamsun, SHOTT, Flo, The Cold Crafters at local trade events, markets, and promotional activations

Requirements

•Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in F&B, FMCG, or hospitality-related distribution

•Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

•Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular fieldwork/client visits across Bali

•Familiarity with the local Jakarta market and business culture is a strong plus

•Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English preferred•

Valid driver's license/own vehicle preferred for fieldwork

•Existing relationships with Bali retailers, distributors, or HORECA clients

•Experience selling beverage, syrup, or powder drink products
