Job Description:
As an Sales Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for business expansion. This role requires a hands-on, customer-facing professional who can combine relationship management, market awareness, and strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver consistent results
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.
- Develop business opportunities within the existing client base to expand services.
- Explore and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Administration, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer data analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum D3 in any major.
- Experience: 34 years in Consumer Goods or F&B Sales, selling foods services.
- Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Professional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs and present persuasive solutions.
- Personal Qualities: Honest, disciplined, responsible, and adaptable to changing market needs.
- Language Skills: Basic English for communication.
