In this position, you will do sales initiatives for PT. Green Teknologi Powerindo (GTP), and since we also collaborate closely with our partner company, PT. Great Power Indonesia (GPI), you will support sales efforts across both companies to ensure alignment and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in renewable energy, lithium battery, inverters, battery storage systems (BESS) in sectors such as mining, industrial, commercial, solar/ESS, transportation, household, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical explanations and product recommendations based on client needs and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align client requirements with battery system capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Staff or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and achieving targets.
- Experience in renewable energy, battery storage systems (BESS), or electrical equipment is required.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and site visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
