Sales Executive (Food)

PT. Mandiri Indokimia Makmur, established on December 17, 2009, is a prominent chemical trading company in Indonesia. Initially focused on importing and trading chemicals for the rubber industry, the company has since expanded its business scope to include the food industry in 2021. It provides a range of products for the food sector, including Isolate Soy Protein, Corn Starch, and Garlic Powder, among others. PT. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Food) located in Kelurahan Cipondoh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Additional duties include collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in business development, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline
• Knowledge of the food industry, including products such as Isolate Soy Protein, Corn Starch, and Garlic Powder, is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Analytical and research skills to identify industry trends and customer needs
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant sales experience, particularly within the food industry, is an asset
