Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for generating sales and maximizing revenue through weddings, social gatherings, and private events at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients.

Job Descriptions:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other social events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners, vendors, and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site visits to promote the restaurant as a premier event venue.
  • Prepare and present customized event proposals to clients, negotiating contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relations & Event Coordination:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to tailor event packages accordingly.
  • Work closely with the restaurant's operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and social media strategies targeting wedding and social event clients.
  • Attend wedding expos, industry networking events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, past clients, and industry contacts.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Track event sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 23 years in event sales, hospitality, or a related field, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, or banquet venue.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of event planning and hospitality operations.
