Responsibilities:
- Able to establish and execute a sales strategy for the region
- Maximize sales revenue to meet and exceed regional targets
- Maintain and build a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continued growth
- Maintain, build, and manage strong working relationships with agents and other channel partners
- Travelling in Indonesia to seek out new opportunities and customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to maximize upselling potential and repeat business
- To share knowledge, best practice and experience with the wider product and sales teams
Requirements:
- Willing to be employed on contract under Adecco
- At least 3 years previous experience from a sales position preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
- Consultative sales skills and a customer focused approach
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Speak and Write)
- Ability to create and maintain positive and effective relationships with external customers
- Proactive and independent approach to managing your work
- A clear communicator both in writing, through remote communication tools and in-person, including confident presentation skills
- Competent user of core MS Office and familiarity with CRM databases
It would be fantastic if you also had:
- Some knowledge and experience in academic publishing
- Some previous experience of selling into or working with Academic Higher Education library markets
- Some experience of selling digital content both directly and via third parties
