Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Indonesia. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, provide insights into The Kaya Residences units, and establish strong relationships to promote sales. Key responsibilities include managing client communication, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals. The role also involves staying informed about market trends to effectively address customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
- Knowledge in real estate, property transactions, or business development is advantageous
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze property trends
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Experience working in a multicultural environment or familiarity with Bali's real estate market is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
