Sales Executive

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This role focuses on promoting hotel products and services, handling client inquiries, and securing corporate, travel agent, MICE, wedding, and banquet business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote hotel products, services, and banquet facilities
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate offers, and close sales
• Identify potential markets and expand client networks
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Male/Female, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales/Hospitality
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and persuasive
• Good command of English
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Familiar with hotel products and services
• Experience in corporate, government, travel agent, MICE, wedding, or banquet sales is an advantage
• Domiciled in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas
