Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical advice, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Present the company's product range to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and online presentations
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations

Requirements :


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing & Engineering
  • Have experience at least 2 years at manufacture industry & plastic packaging
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation & ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP & basic costing management
  • Good in English both speaking & writing
