We are seeking a Chinese Speaking Sales Executive to join our team onsite in Tabanan, Bali.

Key Responsibilities /

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage sales enquiries from guests, travel agents, and business partners through various communication channels.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, corporate clients, and strategic partners, particularly within Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Promote resort accommodation, dining experiences, wellness offerings, and bespoke guest experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through tailored packages, villa upgrades, and additional resort services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong market awareness and contribute ideas to drive business growth and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience & Coordination

  • Serve as a key point of contact for guests throughout their booking journey.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure guest preferences and special requests are arranged seamlessly.

Requirements & Qualifications /

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, guest relations, or a related role within the hospitality industry. 2
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and achieve business targets.
  • Confident, professional, and service-oriented, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
  • Experience working with travel agents, corporate clients, luxury travel advisors, or high-net-worth guests will be an advantage.
