We are seeking a Chinese Speaking Sales Executive to join our team onsite in Tabanan, Bali.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Sales & Business Development 销售与业务拓展
- Manage sales enquiries from guests, travel agents, and business partners through various communication channels. 通过不同沟通渠道处理宾客、旅行社及合作伙伴的销售咨询。
- Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and revenue opportunities. 主动跟进潜在客户,将咨询转化为实际预订及收益机会。
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, corporate clients, and strategic partners, particularly within Chinese-speaking markets. 与旅行社、分销商、企业客户及战略合作伙伴建立并维护良好关系,尤其是华语市场客户。
- Promote resort accommodation, dining experiences, wellness offerings, and bespoke guest experiences. 推广度假村住宿、餐饮体验、疗愈项目及定制化宾客体验。
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through tailored packages, villa upgrades, and additional resort services. 通过定制套餐、别墅升级及附加体验服务提升收益机会。
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales correspondence in a timely and professional manner. 及时且准确地提供报价、销售方案及相关文件。
- Maintain strong market awareness and contribute ideas to drive business growth and guest satisfaction. 持续关注市场动态及行业趋势,并积极提出促进业务增长及提升宾客满意度的建议。
Guest Experience & Coordination 宾客体验与协调
- Serve as a key point of contact for guests throughout their booking journey. 作为宾客预订过程中的主要联络窗口。
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure guest preferences and special requests are arranged seamlessly. 与内部团队紧密合作,确保宾客偏好及特殊需求得到妥善安排。
- Deliver personalised and attentive service that reflects the Soori Bali brand experience. 提供个性化且细致周到的服务,展现 Soori Bali 的品牌体验与待客之道。
Requirements & Qualifications / 职位要求与资格条件
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, guest relations, or a related role within the hospitality industry. 具备至少 2 年酒店业销售、业务拓展、客户关系管理或相关工作经验。
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality is highly preferred. 拥有酒店、度假村或高端酒店行业工作经验者优先考虑。
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 中英文流利,具备优秀的口头及书面沟通能力。
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and achieve business targets. 具备良好的销售意识,能够建立客户关系、发掘商机并达成业务目标。
- Confident, professional, and service-oriented, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. 自信专业,具备良好的服务意识,并致力于为宾客创造卓越体验。
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. 具备优秀的人际沟通、谈判及表达能力。
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 工作细致有条理,能够在快节奏环境中有效管理多项任务。
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment. 具备独立工作能力,同时能够积极融入团队合作。
- Experience working with travel agents, corporate clients, luxury travel advisors, or high-net-worth guests will be an advantage. 具备与旅行社、企业客户、高端旅游顾问或高净值宾客合作经验者优先考虑。
