Job Description

Qualification:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and event management sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and associations
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch decks based on client needs
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of proven sales experience in the MICE or hospitality industry
  • Strong network and solid understanding of the corporate events landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-driven, professional, and proactive team player
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin fluency is highly preferred
  • Job Location:Yogyakarta (On-site)
