Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position is a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth. By adopting a consultative sales approach, this person will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Familiar with VHP System
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in English (Other language is a plus)
