Job Description

We are currently partnering with one of the top paint companies to hire a Sales Executive (Automotive Paint – ATPM).

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of automotive paint solutions by establishing strategic relationships with ATPM accounts, managing key customer engagements, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive paint/coatings industry
  • Strong network and relationships with ATPM (authorized automotive manufacturers/distributors)
  • Proven experience in managing and developing distributor partners
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and grow high-performing teams

What will you do:

  • Secure and manage key Certified Body & Paint (CDBP) accounts in line with defined KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners while actively developing new accounts.
  • Lead product testing initiatives, including competitive benchmarking and evaluations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product performance and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee end-to-end technical complaint management processes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical service activities across the customer network.
  • Keep field teams updated on the latest technical developments, trends, and solutions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting the automotive refinish industry and ensure compliance.
  • Inspire and challenge teams to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear expectations, define objectives, and provide consistent feedback.
  • Recognize high performance and proactively address performance gaps.
