Job Description
1. Market and Customer Research: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about potential customers and target markets; research industry trends and competitor situations to provide foundational support for sales strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Screening: Utilize company-provided tools (e.g., CRM system, LinkedIn, search engines, etc.) to identify and preliminarily screen potential sales leads; assist with initial phone calls, emails, and social media outreach (Cold Contact). Outreach), verifying lead validity.
3. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales documents such as sales presentations, quotations, and draft contracts; participate in sales meetings (online and offline), taking meeting notes, organizing minutes, and coordinating follow-up matters.

4. Customer Relationship Management Assistance: Assist in updating and maintaining customer information, interaction records, and sales opportunity status in the customer relationship management system (CRM), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness; assist in handling simple customer inquiries and requests, and provide initial support.
5. Sales Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and organizing sales data (such as lead conversion rates, customer activity, etc.); perform basic data analysis under guidance and create simple sales reports.
6. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, customer service, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
