Job DescriptionThe Successful ApplicantWhat's on Offer
- New Business Development (Hunter Role)
- Aggressively identify, pursue, and secure new customers across East Java.
- Develop strong pipelines with system integrators, OEMs, and end-users.
- Target industries including F&B, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution centers, and airports (indoor material handling).
- Conduct regular market canvassing to identify automation opportunities.
- Sales & Technical Engagement
- Promote and sell:
- Roller drives and conveyor rollers
- Modular conveyor platforms
- Pallet-handling conveyor systems
- Motorized rollers and motion components
- Provide product presentations, technical discussions, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in Singapore and Thailand on system design and proposals.
- Account & Territory Management
- Manage key regional customers such as FMCG manufacturers, retail distribution networks (e.g., large convenience store chains), warehousing/logistics companies, garment producers, and industrial manufacturers.
- Conduct frequent customer visits and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
- -3-8 years of sales experience in:
- Automation systems
- Machinery or industrial equipment
- Material handling / conveyors
- Warehouse solutions (ASRS, AGV, forklifts)
- - Strong hunter mindset with proven results expanding territories or winning new accounts.
- - Solid technical understanding of mechanical, automation, and intralogistics systems.
- - Skilled in B2B industrial selling and stakeholder management.
- - Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate.
