Sales Engineer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Strategic Site Operations

• Manage and develop the VHS business at client operations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional site teams, including Technical Service Engineers (TSE), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Warehouse Services (WHS).
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customer teams across site and head office levels.
• Act as the primary liaison between Motion Indonesia, Client, and related business partners.

Commercial & Customer Management

• Develop new business opportunities across
• Identify growth opportunities and execute business development strategies.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure operational excellence.
• Understand end-to-end commercial, supply chain, and service delivery processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to expand Motion Indonesia's presence throughout Eastern Indonesia.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with mining, mineral processing, heavy equipment, industrial services, or related sectors

Strong commercial acumen and business development capability

Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, rotating equipment, fluid conveyance, or industrial solutions is highly desirable

Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and operational teams

Willing to be based in Sumbawa/Lombok or travel extensively across NTB
