Objectives of the role
- To oversee and coordinate the canvassing and mapping of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for each package in RDMP and New Capital City (NCC) projects, as well as build and maintain relationships with existing contractors in NCC and RDMP.
- Ensure the secure volume and timely delivery schedule of fosroc materials for every package in RDMP and NCC, forecast material needs, and handle complaints related to material supply.
- Meet Fosroc Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Targets zero Days Away from Work(DAFWC), zero High Potential Incidents(HIPO),zero Major Incidents(MI)
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Secure material approvals in NCC and RDMP, handle complaints related to materials, and ensure timely delivery schedules for RDMP and NCC projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and owners in NCC to support the canvassing and mapping efforts.
- Provide application support in NCC and RDMP as per customer requests, actively participate in canvassing activities in the Kalimantan region to identify new project opportunities and submit daily trackers and weekly activity reports to Area Sales Manager.
- Submit daily trackers and weekly activity reports to Area Sales Manager, propose material approvals, prepare relevant documents for approval in NCC and RDMP, monitor project progress, provide application support in NCC and RDMP upon customer request, actively participate in canvassing activities in the Kalimantan region to explore potential new projects, and conduct trials, mock-ups, and material testing.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor&aposs degree (S1) in any engineering field, with a specialization in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders in NCC and RDMP.
- Previous experience working of construction industry
- Problem-solving abilities to address complaints and challenges related to materials and deliveries.
- Previous experience working for MNC
- Strong negotiation skills to secure material approvals and delivery schedules
- Possess prior sales experience, showcasing effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Sales skills to support canvassing and mapping efforts for potential new projects.
