Sales Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the same or related industry.
• Having knowledge or understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation products, or air movement solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Able to identify new business opportunities and develop customer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Promote and present company products and technical solutions to customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
