Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation

(Electrical, Mechanical, System Control & Robotics)

About the Role: Are you an engineer with a passion for business

PT. Guna Karya Elektrik is expanding, and we are looking for a high-potential Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jabodetabek. You will be the bridge between our advanced automation technology and the manufacturing industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Penetration: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Industrial Automation sector (Factory Automation, Robotics, System Control).
  • Technical Consultation: Provide solution-based selling to clients regarding Electrical, Mechanical, and Controller products.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the Jabodetabek area.
  • Sales Target: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive visits and negotiations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales (Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and passion for sales are welcome to apply).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Industrial Automation (Sensors, PLCs, Inverters, HMIs, Robotics).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Language: Professional working proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and be willing to travel within Jabodetabek.
