We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer (Panel) to join our dynamic team at PT Technical South East Asia (one of Euroasiatic Group subsidiary company). Established in 2007, Technical South East Asia is a company specialized in design, manufacturing of LV and MV switchboard, distributor, installation, services and maintenance. This full-time role is based in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, to combine technical expertise with sales skills to promote and sell products/services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Do sales for Panel (LV and MV) and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical aspects to clients.
- Identify specific needs, challenges, and system requirements from customer.
- Conduct field inspections, handle claims investigation, and provide technical support.
- Achieve monthly and/or annual sales targets set by the company.
- Other responsibilities in relation to Sales department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the panel industry.
- Solid knowledge of panel products and systems.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and prospective clients.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
- Willing to be based in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
