Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Set and carry out sales plans through a well understanding of existing and potential customers requirement and demand to achieve goals and financial targets; Prepare quotations/proposals; Negotiate and contract customers; Identify and explore of new business opportunities.
Customer Service: Make regular contact and visit to customers; Respond to customers inquiry promptly; Receive and follow up customers order to be delivered on the promised date.
Quality and Safety Management: Compliance with all company quality and safety procedures and requirements
Account Management: to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Lead Negotiation to resolve customer outstanding issue related with Invoice, Price Increase, MTOP, contract, product delivery and others commercial issue
Requirements:
Typically, 2+ years experience in Sales & Marketing, Product Management & Business Development in a multi-national organisation
Experience with customer relationships
Experience in leading and developing teams in an environment of change
Relevant tertiary qualifications or degree level, preferably with some demonstrable academic achievement
Language skills: Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
