Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Sales Engineer for Cybersecurity at Terrabyte Solusi Indonesia. The Sales Engineer for Cybersecurity will be responsible for Pre & Post sales, executing POC, technical enablement and product management functions for our cybersecurity portfolio. This role combines deep technical leadership with strategic product sales management, including direct engagement with vendor principals, partners and end users. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, supporting channel partners, and maintaining strong relationships with cybersecurity vendors to ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in Cybersecurity, especially in Security Validation / Data protection / Zero Trust Architecture / CTI & DRP / PAM & Security Hardening solutions
  • Team Management and Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to support channel partners, manage vendor relationships, and drive product adoption
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in both Pre-sales and Post-sales, POC execution & technical enablement across diverse cybersecurity solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or IT Engineering
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role is preferred
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Able to work independently
