Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify key market segments, customer segments, and geographic regions for sales target.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including pump distributors, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), contractors, and end-users.
Understand customer requirements, challenges, and pain points to position KSB pump products and solutions effectively.
Conduct regular sales visits, customer meetings, and product presentations to communicate value propositions and address customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-sales support and service.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation activities, and networking events.
Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns, trade show participation, and promotional activities to generate sales leads and drive brand awareness.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using C4C.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and objectives.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): English (Written and Verbal)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having strong exposure and knowledge in Mining Industry.
Having knowledge about Pumps and Valve will be advantage.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
