Sales Engineer – Intralogistics & Automation

Location

Cikarang, Bekasi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities in intralogistics and industrial automation.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Promote solutions including Conveyor Systems, AS/RS, AGV/AMR, Warehouse Automation, Material Handling Systems, Sorting & Conveying Systems, and Robotic & Industrial Automation.
• Conduct product and solution presentations to customers.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and on-site conditions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop concepts and technical solutions.
• Follow up and negotiate with customers through the closing process.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor projects from the quotation stage through implementation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Business Development in industrial equipment, automation, material handling, or intralogistics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automation, mechanical and electrical systems, conveyors, material handling, or warehouse automation.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand basic engineering concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for business trips and customer visits.
