Role Description
The Sales Director will oversee and drive the sales strategy for Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Batam City. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and executing sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Customer Service and relationship building to ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
- Leadership and Team Management skills to motivate, guide, and oversee a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in Business Development to identify new revenue opportunities and market trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is considered a strong asset.
