  • Deep knowledge of banking workflows, procurement norms, and organizational dynamics within financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and compliance decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations and value propositions.
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and digital transformation trends in FSI.
  • Hunter & Farmer mindset: Skilled at acquiring new clients while nurturing long-term relationships and expanding use cases.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: Able to articulate complex solutions across diverse regulatory and cultural contexts.
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and results-driven with a collaborative approach.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the Financial Services Industry with a technology background.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large accounts.
