Job Description

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Manage customer relationships for medium to large accounts and grow existing business.
  • Lead RFQ and tender processes end-to-end, including coordination with internal teams.
  • Develop customer solutions based on business needs, working closely with product and operations
  • Take ownership of complex sales opportunities or business development projects.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Support key account development and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5–8 years in automotive logistics / supply chain sales
  • Strong experience in business development or sales
  • Proven ability to manage deals independently
  • Strong sales execution and negotiation capability
  • Commercial mindset with ability to drive growth
  • Good stakeholder coordination
  • Commercial thinking and problem solving
