About The Role

You will generate qualified meetings for our sales team by running outbound campaigns to a curated list of Indonesian enterprise accounts.

We sell a B2B SaaS platform that improves operational visibility and execution (examples: field operations management, routing/compliance, asset/vehicle monitoring, proof-of-activity; optional hardware/telematics integrations depending on the client).

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) to a named account list.
  • Research target accounts and map the buying committee (Ops, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, IT/Security, Finance).
  • Craft short, high-quality messaging tailored to industry use cases; run A/B tests weekly.
  • Qualify leads using a simple framework (pain, impact, stakeholders, timeline, next step).
  • Book and confirm meetings; ensure smooth handoff to AEs with crisp context notes. Maintain clean CRM hygiene: stages, tasks, contact roles, meeting outcomes, and reasons lost.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in B2B (SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent writing in Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable in English is a plus (for enterprise stakeholders).
  • Comfortable making calls and handling objections politely.
  • Strong research ability: can find the right persona and create a relevant angle quickly.
  • Process oriented: consistent activity, CRM discipline, and learning mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling into FMCG distribution, logistics, retail execution, or SOE environments.
  • Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive, sequence tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with procurement/vendor onboarding and security questionnaires. Compensation (recommended structure) .

30/60/90 day expectations

  • 30 days: learn product + ICP, build first target list, launch first sequences, achieve first meetings.
  • 60 days: consistent weekly meeting cadence; improve reply rates via testing; sharpen persona mapping.
  • 90 days: predictable pipeline contribution; documented playbook by vertical and persona.
