About the job

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Eranyacloud, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline for our cloud solutions. You will engage with potential clients across enterprise, commercial, and government sectors, introducing the value of Local Cloud as an AI Enabler with high security, compliance, and data sovereignty.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and research potential customers across target industries (enterprise, public sector, FSI, telco, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and strategic campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, and lead nurturing
  • Experience working with outbound lead generation, including building and managing prospect databases
  • Familiar with BANT qualification framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify potential customers
  • Ability to identify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
  • Experienced in conducting cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Able to create engaging email blast content and outbound messaging to support campaign outreach
  • Schedule meetings and discovery sessions for the Business Development / Sales team
  • Maintain and update all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up campaigns, events, and digital leads
  • Understand customer challenges and map them to Eranyacloud solutions (Compute, Storage, AI Cloud, Managed Services, etc.)
  • Build early-stage relationships with key decision makers (IT, Digital, Procurement, Business)
  • Track and report lead generation performance and pipeline contribution
  • Stay updated on cloud industry trends, competitors, and Eranyacloud offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Telesales in IT, cloud, or technology industry

Must have skills:

  • Strong B2B prospecting and lead qualification skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and resilient
  • Strong research and database management skills

Technical Understanding (Preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Data center or IT infrastructure
  • Managed services
  • Familiarity with hyperscalers or local cloud ecosystem is a plus
