JayJay is an educational platform specializing in tailored online courses for the Indonesian market, focusing on marketing, design, and IT domains. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative in Tech, a superpower individual who will embrace the challenge and transform the lives of thousands of Indonesians through education. If you have a passion for learning, a keen interest in high technology and digital products, and a strong drive for achieving exceptional results in sales, you might be the perfect fit for us.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling hot new leads (we provide those ready for feedback).
- Making a high volume of calls daily.
- Maintaining contact with those who have previously purchased a course and offering connections to new ones.
- Engaging in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Navigating the sales funnel and entering essential information into the CRM system.
- Presenting course details to potential clients.
Criteria:
- Prior experience in B2C sales by phone, in a call center, or in customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving significant sales targets.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
