Sales Development Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a GT (General Trade) Area Sales Manager.
• Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Pharmacy, Baby, or Toys industry.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description :

1. Manage National GT Distribution to achieve sales target in Health & Beauty Category/ Baby & Toys Category
2. Develop strategy plan of Availability, Visibility, Promotion and Activation
3. Lead & coach field sales team : Sales Promotion Supervisor, Beauty Advisor, Merchandiser, Promotor, and salesman
4. Monitoring and evaluating SISO ( Sell In Sell Out ) to store & subdistributor
5. Work closely with Trade Marketing Team & Distributor Team
