Job Description

Role purpose

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this newly created position is pivotal in enabling our sales leaders with the right tools, processes, and training to build a future-ready sales force.

Role Accountabilities

  • Designing and implementing sales capability development programmes
  • Leading distributor management strategies, including Route to Market (RTM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
  • Driving performance through dashboard reporting and sales operations oversight
  • Coaching and developing talent across internal sales teams and third-party partners
  • Championing new sales systems and process implementations

About You

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in distributor and capability management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise in RTM and RGM strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A track record of delivering results through structured performance management
  • Experience in managing change and embedding new systems.
