Sales Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and performance trends across modern trade channels
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotions and marketing programs
• Monitor customer behavior and purchasing patterns
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance and sales growth
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics / Mathematics / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Data Science / Business / Marketing Analytics or other related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Sales Analyst
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL is a plus)
• Strong understanding of modern trade / retail business is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with attention to detail while still maintaining a big-picture business perspective
• High curiosity and strong interest in understanding data patterns and market behavior
• Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities quickly
