Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Corporate B2B role is based in Bandung. The Sales Corporate B2B professional will focus on managing and expanding the company's business-to-business client base by building relationships and negotiating sales agreements. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting product offerings, providing customer service, coordinating sales strategies, and maintaining records of engagements and transactions. The individual will also contribute to training and mentoring within the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and oversee corporate sales activities.
  • Ability to conduct Training to develop and mentor team members in enhancing sales performance and skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools or CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry, particularly in processed meat products, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude and the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Valid SIM A and SIM C holder.
  • Willing to be assigned and work in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
  • Flexible to travel for business purposes and client meetings.
