About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator (National Talent) in Jumeirah Bali.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contribute the monthly sales reports and submit them to the line manager as required.
  • Prepare and implement measures to achieve or exceed team and individual sales targets and provide regular forecasts to the reporting manager.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with off-property sales channels to ensure synergy and avoid redundancy.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers through various sales activities.
  • Manage all administrative activities related to sales operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely support for the Sales team.
  • Support the coordination of sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and trade events.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of sales experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
  • Strong understanding of core hotelier operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within ateam.
