Products: Fragrance oils for various applications (fine fragrance, air care, home care, personal care, laundry, industrial, etc).

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business success. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and eager to grow in the sales field.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in a similar role managing sales teams (1+ year preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong leadership, team management & communication skills
  • Reasonable English proficiency (written & spoken)
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Motivated by incentives, flexible, and open to travel

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve the set sales targets.
  • Conduct interviews and training for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other divisions across regions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to determine effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and regularly report on the sales team's performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Persyaratan:

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengelola dan memimpin tim sales untuk mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan
  • Melakukan proses wawancara dan pelatihan untuk tim sales
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales serta divisi lain di berbagai wilayah
  • Menganalisis tren pasar, aktivitas pesaing, dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk menentukan strategi penjualan yang efektif
  • Melakukan pemantauan dan pelaporan rutin terhadap kinerja tim sales
  • Menyusun laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
