Sales Consultant

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor's degree of Architectural Engineering/ Interior Design
• Having 3 years experience in sales
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior / furniture / construction industry
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Familiarity with construction products, services and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Capable of reading and understanding interior plan.

Responsibility:

• Ensure the achievement of targeted revenue and profit.
• Ensure the realization of the targeted number and quality of projects.
• Implement strategies to acquire new projects.
• Manage marketing activities by effectively communicating the Company's value propositions to clients and potential clients, both through proposals and presentations.
• Foster productive relationships with clients and potential clients to gain an accurate understanding of their project needs.
