Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Malang. The Sales Consultant will identify prospective clients, present consulting and training services, and develop tailored proposals that address business and HR needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and calls, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact through service delivery. The role also involves collaborating with consulting and workshop teams to align offerings with client requirements, monitoring customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to improve services and programs. The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate sales records, support marketing activities, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through effective Customer Service and relationship management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional client interaction.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in consulting, training, or HR-related services.
- Basic understanding of business management or HR concepts; experience with workshops or training programs is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Malang, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfort with using digital tools for communication, CRM, and reporting; willingness to learn new systems.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, communications, or a related field is preferred.
