Job Description
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies based on data analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide support in the planning and forecasting of sales objectives and targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitive positioning and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and maintain tracking systems and tools for sales metrics.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or commercial data analytics, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage industry.
- Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent).
- Strong skills in data validation, interpretation, and commercial insight generation.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and strong understanding of sales cycles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new analytical techniques and methodologies.
