Sales Channel Staff

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung for a Sales Channel Staff. Primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing online marketplace channels such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Key responsibilities include handling product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution, as well as monitoring sales performance and traffic analytics.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketplace Specialist/E-commerce Specialist, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Skilled in managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace campaigns
• Ability to analyze sales performance, traffic, and marketplace insights to optimize store performance
• Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace analytics tools)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external marketplace partners
• Proactive, adaptable to e-commerce trends, and result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
