Job Description

TUKR is a rapidly growing Indonesian company with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for refinement into biofuel. Through what we do, we help Indonesian households and businesses manage their UCO waste properly and protect the environment from further pollution.

To support its efforts in establishing a wider and stronger commercial network, as well as optimize its resources in driving the growth of volume, TUKR is currently hiring for a Sales Manager (Palm Oil (POME)). The job holder will be reporting to our Head of Commercial and based full time in our Medan's Warehouse.


  • Carrying out Sales Canvassing for POME
  • Negotiating the purchase price of POME
  • Expand the area and supply of POME by finding and adding new suppliers
  • Schedule oil pickup with the relevant team
  • Conduct Sales Calls to find and establish good relationships with new and existing suppliers


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Have a minimum of 3 years Sales Canvassing experience
  • Fluency in Hokien is preferred
  • Has experience and is used to working with targets
  • Can communicate well and can negotiate with suppliers
