Workload: 60% at start, increasing after 2 months

Base Salary at 100%: IDR 8.500.000 (working experience of 5 years)
Sales Commission: 510% on new client/project
RESPONSIBILITIES
PHASE 1
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's expansion.
- Collaborate with the director to outline the strategic initiatives for business growth and to build a pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Drive opportunities in new markets or client segments, Bali-focused.
- Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects, pitch services.
- Build alliances with agencies, consultants, or influencers.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and company profiles to potential clients.
- Align with Media Creative about Sales documentation.
- Track, evaluate and report key performance indicators.
- Represent the company in virtual and on-site meetings with international stakeholders.
PHASE II
- Generate high-quality leads through digital platforms and networking events.
- Cross-selling services.
- Client communications, meetings, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve the sales strategy and market penetration, both locally and internationally.
KEY SKILLS
Communication, Sales & Negotiation, strategic thinking and planning, CRM tools, market research, analytics, and relationship building. Fluent in English (also in written), Bahasa Indonesia.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Microsoft Office; familiarity with Apple/macOS system.
MOBILITY (MUST)
Meeting at prospects and at Studio Pejeng.
